Russian And Turkish Foreign Ministers to Discuss on Security in Moscow.
The preparations for the Thursday meeting between the presidents of the two nations in Moscow will be the topic of a meeting between Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
According to the Russian Foreign Ministry on Wednesday, the conflicts in the Caucasus, Syria, Libya, and Ukraine were also on the ministers' agenda.
They also needed to discuss collaboration in the energy sector.
Fidan's journey was also publicized by the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
According to Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Kremlin, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will shortly visit Russian President Vladimir Putin in Russia.
He promised to make an official statement soon.
The grain agreement on the Black Sea that Putin canceled in July was something that Putin and Erdogan were supposed to talk about.
The deliveries from Ukraine, one of the biggest grain exporters in the world, are crucial for maintaining market price stability and reducing hunger in some of the world's poorest nations.
Following Russia's blockade of the country's ports, a compromise was reached in 2022 through mediation by Turkey and the UN to make it easier for grain to be exported from Ukraine.
But Putin argued that Western restrictions were keeping Russian exports from reaching international markets.
